Cllr Lockhart is also a member of Blackmore, Hook End & Wyatts Green Parish Council. He has lived in Wyatts Green since 1978 and is a retired Architectural Surveyor and former magistrate. He is a volunteer on the EppingOngar Railway and occasionally appears as an ‘extra’ in TV film productions.
