Cllr Capon previous career was in education, and now dedicates time to the University of the Third Age.
He brings this wealth of experience to his role of Parish Councillor and currently serves on the Finance and Resources and Planning Committees. He is also the Parish Councils representative for Transport and Footpath issues, as well as being a cheque signatory.
