Standing Orders and Financial Regulations

The Parish Council operates under a set of mandatory regulations which are:

1. Standing Orders, which define the way in which the Parish Council operates.

(Please note these Standing orders are currently being re-written to take account of changes in legislation. In particular changes that permit the audio/visual recording of meetings that do not contain, for example, commercially sensitive material.

2. Financial Regulations which set out the rules by which the Parish Council manages its money and procures new services and

3. A compliance statement with the Governance and Accountability for Local Councils Practitioners Guide (England) 2010 Appendix 11.
